Why we exist
Manifesto
Every horror film has one moment that works on everybody — the cold open. The door that's already open. The voice on the tape that shouldn't exist. The last normal second, recorded forever.
Cold Open Originals makes short horror films that begin in the wrong place on purpose. No long setups. No safe distance. No explanation at the end to make you feel better.
You press play. Something is already wrong. That's the whole deal.
